"Excellent quality. It does come with a structured silhouette for the hips, so if you are straight up and down, it will pop out. I love the dress so much, I am going to have it altered to fit my shape. Worth it since the price of the dress is so good for the quality. The fringe is nice and heavy but not too thick. I am 5'2" and with a 4 inch heel the fringe does not drag at all. Gorgeous dress overall."
